Blue Ridge Mountain Meadow Original Gouache Painting

This is an original gouache painting from 2023 inspired by soft autumn sunsets in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. I took the reference photo for this painting at Devil’s Backbone Overlook on the Blue Ridge Parkway as the sun was setting over a meadow of yellow crown beard and native grasses.

Painted with gouache on acid free, archival, 100% cotton rag watercolor paper, 300 gsm.

Artwork dimensions are 5x7 inches. Image is 4.5x6.5 inches with a half inch left margin left on each side for framing. Titled and signed on the back. Painting is unframed and ships in a padded mailer.
