Bleeding Heart Print
This is an archival quality print of my original gouache painting, Bleeding Heart, from my Ornamentals series. Inspired by Lamprocapnos, also known as Asian Bleeding Heart, a shade loving woodland plant native to Northern China, Siberia, Korea, and Japan. Bleeding Heart has been cultivated in Asian gardens for so long, no one knows the exact areas where it is native. The detailing and the framing are inspired by illuminated manuscripts and antique book covers.
It is printed with museum quality, pigment based inks on acid free, 100% cotton rag velvet fine art paper, 260 gsm. With proper care, this archival giclée print will last a lifetime.
Print is available in two sizes, Half Page (dimensions of 5.5 x 7.25 inches) and Full Page (8 x 10.5 inches). There are small white margins on each side for easy framing. All fine art reproductions are lovingly printed and hand cut by me in the studio. Unframed, titled, and signed on the back.
Ships in a padded mailer with an acid free backing board for protection.
