Frequently asked questions.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically dispatched 1-5 days after placed. I ship most domestic orders with USPS First Class mail, and on average, they take around 1-2 weeks to arrive after they are dispatched. Please allow 2-6+ weeks for international orders and expect some delays due to COVID.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! However, please note that the USPS currently has a number of shipping restrictions in place due to COVID-19. Because of this, there are some countries I am temporarily unable to ship to. Please see this list to determine if your country is eligible for shipping. If you make a purchase from my store and your country is not eligible for shipping, I will cancel the order and refund you.

Do orders come with tracking?

Any orders that contain prints or original paintings are shipped in padded mailers with USPS First Class mail and come with tracking numbers so you can follow along with the status of your order. Orders that contain only stickers are shipped untracked in regular letter envelopes. For larger original paintings and framed works, I ship insured with UPS so in the event that the painting arrives damaged, you will be reimbursed by UPS.

Is your packaging recyclable/ eco-friendly?

For the most part, yes. Sustainability is important to me and I make an effort to use eco-friendly packaging. Prints and paintings are packaged in compostable mailers. I also use mat board, glassine paper, and tissue paper, all of which are recyclable. At this time, I currently use plastic tape to attach my labels, which is not recyclable or biodegradable. Please remove this from the mailer before composting or recycling. As my business grows, I hope to switch to entirely eco-friendly packaging.
